I have finished the current draft of Farstep Station. It's rough (after all, I cut about 25k!), but the story is good. I need to foreshadow something earlier in the plot and fill in a couple spots, but over all I think it should be fine.
Tomorrow I start a new story for my birthday. This is an old tradition with me, and I really look forward to it. A shame I have so much else unfinished right now, but at least I got the important part done!
